Hi,

I want to introduce my new RFC on adding Locale::getDisplayKeyword() and
Locale::getDisplayKeywordValue() to the intl extension, see 1.
This fills in the little gap between ICU API and php interface, as every getdisplay*
ICU API has a corresponding php inferface without uloc_getDisplayKeywordValue
and uloc_getDisplayKeyword.

Hi,

I am starting the vote on this RFC next Tuesday, 9 June 2026. The RFC suggests to add two new functions in the intl extension to fill in little gaps between the php interface and the ICU lib.
