PHP 8.3.16RC1 has just been released and can be downloaded from:

or use the git tag: php-8.3.16RC1

Please test it carefully, and report any bugs to Issues · php/php-src · GitHub

PHP 8.3.16 should be expected in 2 weeks, i.e. on Jan 16th, 2025.
