[PHP] new PHP feature - future versions ?

Hello. Is this group only for updates ? or can we suggest a new feature ?

I'll like a way to do daily or monthly 'rotating' error logs

php_value error_log PATHNAME/error-log_$D.log - The $D will
automatically convert to a month or date format yyyymm or
ddmmyyyy/mmddyyyy
(just an example - you can change $D to something more like htaccess code)

Where do we send improvements if not here ?
