Hi everyone,

I’ve been a PHP developer since the early days and have contributed to docs. I’ve also represented my employer (Moodle) on the PHP Foundation.

I’d like edit access to the wiki so that I can possibly submit an RFC (if required) to change the default value for zend.exception_ignore_args to a safer default.

To cross-reference it, I assume this is related to Change default setting for zend.exception_ignore_args by andrewnicols · Pull Request #18215 · php/php-src · GitHub?

Given the disagreement, I'd say that a RFC is required, yes. Someone else will need to grant you the Wiki karma, I don't have the necessary access.
